ORLANDO, FL The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) announces a new toll discount program exclusive for E-PASS customers starting May 1, 2016. Approved at the April 14, 2016 CFX Board meeting, the E-PASS Customer Loyalty discount program is a tiered program that provides toll discounts based on the number of transactions per transponder each month. There is no enrollment process or monthly fee, as only E-PASS customers are automatically eligible to participate in the discount program. The new E-PASS Customer Loyalty discount program will replace the current Volume Discount program.

In addition to the E-PASS Customer Loyalty program, those E-PASS customers who frequently travel on portions of State Road 414, State Road 417 and State Road 429 are eligible for an additional five percent toll discount through the Beltway Discount program. Now E-PASS customers could save up to twenty percent in tolls when they have 80 or more transactions per month.
E-PASS is the local prepaid toll program operated by the Central Florida Expressway Authority. E-PASS tolls collected on CFX expressways stay local and are reinvested back into the maintenance, operations, improvements and expansion of the CFX system. The E-PASS electronic transponder works on all toll roads and most bridges in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina and the E-PASS sticker is free for local residents with only $10 to activate the prepaid toll account.
